Chiratae Ventures provide investment advisory services to its proprietary clients, before providing services
- Chiratae Ventures shall enter into an agreement with the client providing all details including fee details, disclosure of conflict-of-interest if any, and maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Chiratae Ventures shall share the copy of the agreement and also complete the KYC formalities for the client.
- Chiratae Ventures shall do a proper and unbiased risk – profiling and suitability assessment of the client.

In case of any grievances or disputes the client has the following redressal mechanism as prescribed by SEBI:–
Step 1 – The client should first take up his/her/its grievance with the Chiratae Ventures India Advisors Private Limited (Chiratae Ventures) by lodging a complaint directly with the Customer Care of Chiratae Ventures. Mr. Raghunath Rao, who can be reached on raghu@chiratae.com The grievances have to be redressed not later than 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the grievance by the Customer Care.
Step 2 – If the client is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Customer Care then he/she can take up his/her/its grievance with the Compliance officer of Chiratae Ventures. Compliance officer is Mr. Vikram Singh, who can be reached on vikram@chiratae.com. The grievances have to be redressed not later than 21 calendar days from the date of receipt of the grievance by the Compliance officer.
Step 3 – If the investor’s complaint is not redressed satisfactorily, one may lodge a complaint with SEBI on SEBI’s ‘SCORES’ portal which is a centralized web based complaints redressal system. SEBI takes up the complaints registered via SCORES by https://scores.sebi.gov.in/
